Based in Four Oaks, we offer home visit physiotherapy across Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Tamworth, Lichfield, Sandwell, Erdington, Great Barr, and the surrounding areas of Staffordshire.

We work closely with each individual to set clear rehabilitation goals at the start of the programme. Therapy sessions are structured weekly to work towards these goals, with progress reviewed mid-way and at the end of the programme to ensure the best outcomes.

Assessment and treatment
NEUROLOGICAL PHYSIOTHERAPY FEES (HOME VISIT)
- Initial physiotherapy assessment - Includes treatment, self-management advice, documentation (70 mins)– £130.00
- Follow-up appointment (60 mins) – £120.00
- For travel over 5 miles from the clinic base additional charges are applicable. Please check with staff when booking.
Payments
(PLEASE NOTE)
- Payment methods : Contactless Card Payment, Cash or BACS on the day of treatment.
- If you are using medical insurance please ensure you have membership/authorisation codes from your insurer.
- We require 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment.
