Elderly Care
Supporting Safer Mobility and Independence
Falls and poor bone health are among the most common causes of disability in older adults. At Four Oaks Physio, we recognise that the impact of a fall extends beyond physical injury—often leading to reduced confidence, loss of independence, and decreased quality of life.
Our skilled physiotherapists provide thorough, holistic assessments to identify the factors that increase your risk of falling. Based on these findings, we create personalised management plans designed to reduce fall risk, improve balance, and restore mobility and self-assurance.
Our team specialises in treating a wide range of conditions, including:
- Musculoskeletal pain, such as arthritis
- Post-operative recovery after joint replacements
- Falls and fear of falling
- Problems with balance
- Difficulty walking / mobility issues
- Rehabilitation following illness or surgery
- Osteoporosis
We deliver treatment where it’s most convenient for you—at home, in a care home, or within a specialist unit. We are based in Four Oaks and offer home visit physiotherapy throughout Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Tamworth, Lichfield, Great Barr, Erdington, Sandwell and Staffordshire areas.
