Neurological Physiotherapy
Neurological rehabilitation aims to improve function, reduce symptoms and improve the wellbeing of people with head injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, Motor Neurone Disease and other degenerative diseases.
Rehabilitation goals are set with the client at the start of the programme and therapy sessions are planned each week, working towards these. Reviews take place at half-way through and the end of the therapy programme.
Our goal is to provide the neurological patients with efficient and comprehensive neurological rehabilitation that enables them to live as independently as possible.
We aim to work together to support individuals to manage their neurological condition and provide a range of therapy intervention programmes that are tailored to each patient. The length and intensity of intervention varies according to the patient needs.
With long waiting lists for NHS physiotherapists, Four Oaks Physio can offer quick access to the treatment you need. Without the need for a referral from your GP, you can be confident in finding a physiotherapist that specialises in the treatment and care you require.
Our physiotherapist at the Four Oaks Physio also provides home visit physiotherapy assessment and treatment if you have difficulty attending the clinic.

NEUROLOGICAL PHYSIOTHERAPY FEES (HOME VISIT)
- Initial physiotherapy assessment - Includes treatment, self-management advice, documentation (60 mins)– £110.00
- Follow-up appointment (50 mins) – £100.00
- For travel over 5 miles from the clinic base additional charges are applicable. Please check with staff when booking.
Payments
(PLEASE NOTE)
- Payment methods : Contactless Card Payment, Cash or BACS on the day of treatment.
- If you are using medical insurance please ensure you have membership/authorisation codes from your insurer.
- We require 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment.
