What Is Neurological Physiotherapy?
Neurological physiotherapy is a specialised form of physiotherapy focused on conditions that affect the nervous system — including the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves. Unlike general physiotherapy, neuro-rehab focuses on neuroplasticity: the brain's remarkable ability to reorganize itself and form new connections after an injury.
Our goal is to help you restore balance, strength, and coordination while managing symptoms such as muscle spasticity or tremors.

Specialist Care for Neurological Conditions
We provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatment plans for a wide range of conditions:
- Stroke
- Head injury and brain tumour
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Parkinson’s disease
- Spinal cord injury
- Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS)
- Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
- Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
- Other neurodegenerative conditions
Every condition presents differently, so we always begin with a full assessment to understand your symptoms, goals, and challenges before creating a personalised treatment plan.
